TavernAI is **the** original Character Card frontend/interface. Although it has long since been abandoned and succeeded by [[interfaces:SillyTavern|SillyTavern]], it has historical relevance.

TavernAI is no longer recommended for usage.

  * Creation of the Character Card PNG+JSON concept (CCv1)
  * Several "Standard" interface features/items
  * Group Chats
  * Chat history manipulation
  * All of these features packed into a user-downloadable binary, exposed via a web server.
